Established in 1978 as OK Rathole Drilling, the Company has a diversified fleet of drilling equipment. In December 2002, Mullen Group purchased OK Rathole Drilling Ltd. and after amalgamating with McGinnis Rathole Drilling on January 1, 2003, became OK Drilling Services L.P.
